One of the Taiwanese Bicycle Industry pioneers, Wheeler Industrial, was founded by C.H. Yang in 1972. The AGUSTA group represented the brand in 1984. Later in 1989, bicycle engineering collaborated with Intercycle AG to produce an exclusive range of top-end wheeler lines. In 2010, Wheeler Industrial developed its first eBike and won the UCI XC world cup. The brand also won the Swiss Cycling Award. Sean Yang founded WL Wheeler Europe GmbH to manufacture a bicycle line for the European market. Currently, the brand manufactures mountain, gravel, city, and road bikes at the most affordable prices.
