Ridgeback, a British bicycle manufacturing brand, was founded in 1983 by Errol Drew. Headquartered in Milton Keynes, England, UK, the brand manufactures electric cargo, electric commute, leisure bikes, touring, off-road, kids, and all terrain bikes. Ridgeback was renowned for its significant creations, such as the flat handlebar road bikes range. The brand was also the first to develop disc brakes in 2008. Later in 2015, Ridgeback launched Rapide, a premium range of performance road bikes. Sportline UK, owned by H Young Holdings, distributes Ridgeback bikes.
