Quality Bicycle Products, founded by Steve Flagg and Mary Henrickson in 1981, is the largest distributor of bicycle parts and accessories in the bicycle industry. In 1997, the company purchased Salsa Cycles and released 1x1 Rat Ride in 1998, the industry’s first production singlespeed mountain bike. In 2018, the firm partnered with Supplier Sponsors and granted retailer funds for the projects expanding ridership. The company is a certified B Corp and meets social and environmental standards.
