Based in Heerenveen, Friesland, KOGA is a Dutch bike brand that had a long-term partnership with Miyata, a Japanese bike frame manufacturer. Both brands produced bikes and sponsored racing teams under the name of Koga Miyata, but the partnership ended in May 2010. The company started with Japanese components, while the assembly of bikes was done in the Netherlands. The company offers elite quality with its own testing lab used to put bike parts and components through real-life conditions. Apart from a stylish and distinctive appearance, Koga bikes are low-maintenance and durable. Moreover, every bike by Koga is manually built at its Heerenveen premises.
